Wen started her career in hospitality with Accor in 2014 and went on to work for other luxury brands such as Banyan Tree, Indigo Pearl, Anantara and Pavilions with roles in marketing, sales and project management.  Combining her analytical mindset, qualifications in revenue management and natural creativity, she has built and implemented strategies that both improve revenue intake and brand visibility.  As an up and coming and diverse marketer, Wen always stays up to date with the newest digital marketing trends and technology.  Born in Shanghai and raised in London, she is also bilingual in English and Chinese, with a profound understanding of both western and eastern mindsets.

With 15 years of experience in luxury goods and property sales, Wen has a thorough understanding of consumer behaviour, and creates innovative strategies according to each clients’ needs in maximising profit through digital marketing platforms, with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, targeting email marketing, brand websites, mobile applications and other industry-specific platforms that will improve the bottom-line.
